• IMPACT Services has an exclusive teaming arrangement with Eastern Technologies, Inc.

• We are one of two radioactive waste processors in the nation to use the patented OREX process on personal protective equipment and polyvinyl alcohol-based disposable garments.

• The OREX Process enables the residues from contaminated garments to be dissolved and filtered, virtually eliminating disposal volume.

• IMPACT's cost-effective sorting & segregation process allows us to receive OREX shipments that are co-mingled with other waste streams.  Waste streams are segregated; OREX clothing and garments are processed through the OREX processor; other wastes are disposed in the most economical way possible, either as BSFR, LLW, recycle, or decontamination and free release.
